Starting off the conference season right, the East Meck girls’ volleyball team crushed Rocky River Tuesday, Aug. 31, with a 3-0 winning score. 

Junior Mya Sellers dominated attacks from her new starting position on the team, giving East a total of eight kills. Sophomore Allison Oberlin-Pope also continued her strong play with four kills like the previous match.

 The Lady Eagles play their next conference game against Garinger on Thursday.
