The East Meck girls tennis team had their second loss of the season, 9-0 at Catholic on Tuesday. This was the third conference match the girls have played. 

The Lady Eagles played 6 singles and 3 double matches total.

Senior Donya Khordenforush has played on the team since her sophomore year. “Our team played well,” Khordenforush said. “We are going to work hard to defeat them next season.” 

The next upcoming match will be held Wednesday at Weddington.
