From football to water polo?

A picture has  been released of Cam Newton playing the aquatic sport best known as an Olympic event. Could Cam be the next great two-sport athlete?

This picture was taken at the U.S. Water Polo Training Center in California. Who would think that last season’s NFL MVP would drastically change his off-season activities? Newton has gone from attending professional basketball games to exposing what seems to be a new talent in water polo.

Could Cam Newton be an Olympic athlete this summer in Rio? It is quite unlikely due to his well-paying current gig in Charlotte. The team will be having mandatory training camp during the Olympics that the team’s leader cannot miss.
