The Independence Regional branch of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library System needs volunteers for its Amigos Homework program. The Independence Regional Branch is located directly across from East Meck. Volunteers are needed Tuesdays and/or Thursdays from 4:00-6:00 PM. Volunteers will help K-5 ESL students do their homework. Spanish language knowledge is not required. Full vaccination for COVID-19 is required. 

There is no end date for registration but the program starts on September 27th.
